Mary is the Founder and Managing Director of Indigo Associates.

Practicing law for more than 20 years, Mary has developed extensive capabilities, evidenced through a rapid elevation to Partner in national and international law firms from the early age of 30. Mary’s breadth of experience coupled with deep commerciality is consequential of delivering consistently successful legal outcomes in key sectors of banking and finance, commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring and construction.

Residual clients range from ASX listed entities, multinationals to SME’s and high net worth individuals, allowing Mary to develop strong and sustainable commercial relations lasting across decades. Operating with a unique client focused methodology that underpins these lasting relationships, Mary has been appointed to lead large-scale commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters for shareholder, joint venture, property, trade and regulatory disputes.

Prior to creating Indigo Associates Mary was the Head of Litigation & Insolvency at an international listed UK firm DWF and sat on the Executive Board and Strategic Board of the firm. She was also a partner at national firm Hunt & Hunt and Rigby Cooke.
