ESG is an area our firm is dedicated to and has a passion for which we strive to achieve both internally and externally. ESG is the evaluation of collective consciousness for social and environmental factors. We at Indigo are committed to assisting our clients to implement and achieve social and environmental factors in their business but we are also committed to achieving them ourselves as a firm. ESG has become a global phenomenon which is achieved through corporate governance from the management structure of a business through to employee relations and executive compensation as well as employee compensation. It also aims to create social consciousness in corporate governance of dealing with climate crisis, environmental sustainability, diversity, human rights, consumer protection and animal welfare. These are achieved through the implementation of investment strategies designed to promote ESG as part of the overall corporate structure of organisations.
